3. Massage is strictly non-sexual: Massage sessions are strictly NON- Sexual. Any suggestive statements or actions will result in immediate termination of the session wherein the client pays for the full cost of session. Law enforcement will be notified if deemed appropriate.
4. If I cancel your appointment: If I need to cancel your appointment for any reason within 24 hours of your scheduled time, you will recieve your next appointment at a discounted rate. I hope that I never have to cancel an appointment, but emergencies and illnesses do happen.
5. Times when massage isn't beneficial: If a client presents with signs and/or symptoms of illness that is contraindicate to massage (fever, colds/flu, undiagnosed rash, contagious infections) this session will be re-scheduled. This is to protect the health of both the client and the therapist.
6. Health intake forms: To ensure safe, customized and benefitial sessions, the client must fill out a health intake form before their fist appointment. Up dated forms need to be filled out yearly or if their are changes in the clients health. It is the client's responsibility to relay all health information so the therapist can modify the treatment plan where needed.
7. Confidentiality: The client's records and session will be kept confedntial and will not be shared with anyone without the client's consent.
8. Minors: Minors under the age or 18 years of age may not recieve services unless a parent or guardian has given written permissin for the service. If possible we may ask that they be present during the session.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that we fill is a threat in any way.
